Back-to-School Open House
Please join us for an open house on Friday, August 19th from 10:30 AM -12:00 PM (noon) to meet your teacher for the 2023-2024 school year, and get a glimpse of your classroom. While you are here please take the time to: Join the Longview PTA Purchase a school shirt Fill out the free/reduced school meals paperwork (even if you do not believe you will qualify, every form completed helps bring funds to Longview)

The entire first week of school, August 21-25, 2023, will be an early release day for students. School will be dismissed at 1:15 PM Monday-Friday this week.
Event DetailsKindergarten KEEP Testing
Your child will have an appointment time assigned to come and take the KEEP assessment with one of our two kindergarten teachers (Mrs. Dow and Mrs. Tomlinson). This a state mandated, kindergarten readiness assessment. In order to help keep classes balanced, class placements will take place AFTER all Keep assessments have been administered.
